It may be a reasonably priced, "serviceable" choice for the area, and "what you'd expect" when on business, but many say this chain link filled with corporate folks and airline crews across from Lenox Mall is in "severe need of an overhaul"; with "no view", "dated rooms", "slow elevators", a "bad layout" and "awful parking facilities", there's "nothing special" here.

Nicely appointed rooms.
Without the construction and renovations, this would be a 3.5-4star hotel. Once you get into a quiet room, you do not notice the construction.
